If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or contact support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Item

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 days.
